The city has scheduled the session from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at RE|CREATE, 550 Discovery Boulevard, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Its September 3 event notice advertises information on rebates of up to $3,100, rather than a payment automatically available to everyone attending.
Which rebates are listed?
The city's separate rebates and resources guide says Cedar Park water customers can be eligible for LCRA rebates of up to $3,000 per residential property or $5,000 per commercial property.
Listed measures include irrigation evaluations, irrigation-system upgrades, soil tests, pool filters and covers, lawn aeration, compost and mulch. The guide lists an irrigation evaluation rebate of $100 and assistance covering half the cost of lawn aeration up to $200.

A separate Cedar Park rain-barrel program offers a water-bill credit of up to $100 after buying and installing a new barrel and applying.
